To provide, or arrange the care and support needed to enable clients of all ages who are disabled or mentally ill or physically disabled or whose health is in some way impaired to be cared for in their own home. The care will be appropriate if it fulfills two main functions. The first one is to provide support to the client to carry out the normal day to day activities of daily life.

The second is to give the independence by encouraging the user / client the full use of her or his mental or physical faculties. The aims of Heather-Lea homecare is to help the elderly, infirm and handicapped to have a better quality of life, independence and support and where possible to stay in their own homes in the Burnley and Pendle areas.
